Urban Smile wanted to scale awareness of their professional teeth whitening services across multiple clinic locations in Australia. They were looking for a way to showcase real, authentic experiences that would help demystify in-chair and at-home whitening treatments, while keeping their marketing spend lean.
Their previous influencer outreach process was fragmented: sourcing creators manually, DMing talent across multiple accounts, and juggling spreadsheets to track posts and results. Since the campaign required creators to visit their clinics in person, finding suitable talent nearby proved tricky, a lot of time was spent sourcing influencers within close proximity to each location.
With #Gifted’s centralised platform, Urban Smile launched 8 region-specific gifting campaigns to spotlight their teeth whitening services and promote new clinic openings.
The brand’s offers ranged from in-chair whitening sessions and take-home kits to pre-wedding smile packages, giving creators flexibility to choose what resonated most with their audience.

Creators got to experience the whitening process for themselves, sharing their glow-up through before-and-after snaps, GRWM-style TikToks, and teeth-transformation Reels.
