Now we’re hunting for a Sales & Success Lead to join our small but mighty crew. You’ll be part strategist, part relationship-builder, part growth driver — and a massive part of our next chapter.
This role puts you in the thick of it: owning the customer journey end-to-end while helping shape the short- and mid-term strategy needed to smash our ambitious sales goals.
You’re the ultimate customer advocate — the kind who gets to know #gifted inside out and can’t help but hype what we do. You’ve got B2B chops, but you also get the creator world — maybe you’ve partnered withcreators, maybe you’ve been one yourself. Either way, you speak the language.
Ideally you’re Melbourne - or Sydney-based, but we’re all about the right person, not the right postcode. If you can work to AEST and you’re reading this thinking, “yep, this is the job,” then it probably is.
- Owning the brand journey end-to-end: outreach → onboarding → campaigns → long-term success.
- Driving sales (warm + cold) in a way that feels personal, not pushy.
- Building out categories — from fashion and food to fitness and beyond.
- Coaching brands so they don’t just stay, they upgrade.
- Partnering with marketing + product to fuel growth and brand love.
- Revenue growth: consistent MoM increases.
- Retention wins: brands staying longer, spending more, shouting us out.
- Category expansion: real momentum in new spaces.
