I am a 30 year old mum to 2 little love bugs ( 6 and infant) based in Tasmania! 🌿 I work full time from home which gives me the freedom to be present for my family (and to live in my activewear 24/7 🤫) Health & Wellness and the importance of self-care is a huge priority of mine, especially as a mum in this day and age.
